Over time we have produced a collection of libraries and utility applications designed to make the task of developing and administering Metastorm BPM systems as efficient as possible. They were developed primarily to make our development easier and quicker, and to allow our customers to administer their sites with as little help from us as possible.
Our customers use these utilities on a daily basis, and of course, so do we. As a result they are well tested and undergo constant revision.

User Details Admin Guide PDF File (1,051Kb) A secure and flexible alternative to the Metastorm BPM Users and Roles Utility enabling Business Units within an organsiation to set up and maintain user access to the system directly through the web browser (direct access to the MBPM database is not required). User monitoring, random password, password expiry and personal user password setup are some of the features available through this procedure. |

Table From Grid Library - PDF file (520Kb) A powerful tool that enables a variety of HTML tables to be produced directly from a form grid. HTML tables provide greater flexibility in terms of font size and layout particularly where printing in landscape mode is required. Features include the ability to produce tables with collapsible trees, folder trees, direct output to Excel, as well as fully customisable cascading tables. |

BPM Interwoven Automation - PDF File (776Kb) This is a complete server side integration product, allowing creation of and full control over Worksite workspaces seamlessley from within Metastorm BPM, all without any code being required. The BPM Interwoven Automation solution seamlessly automates the creation and maintenance of Interwoven WorkSpaces and custom attributes using fully configurable Web Service Calls and fully re-usable Metastorm BPM Map Segments. Special connectors are added directly to the Web Service Calls through the Metastorm Interwoven Library that enable the deployment of generic Web Services with user defined data extraction from XML files. |
