The Task

Process mapping is implementing the solution for Davis Bancorp using Metastorm BPM. Metastorm BPM was selected because it enabled rapid design, development, deployment and integration with the company's existing IT environment. Davis Bancorp is in the process of developing a front end for data mining and database management and at the same time is implementing Metastorm BPM to improve its processes and better document and track customer relations.

 

The company will also be integrating Metastorm BPM into its existing accounting and routing software, internal client databases, and the company's document management solution, Interwoven.

Davis Bancorp has several processes currently under implementation in Metastorm BPM - including Help Desk Request, Customer Maintenance Forms, New Customer Information Entry Forms, Work Orders, Disaster Declaration, and Route Maintenance. The company is anticipating rapid deployment and expects that Metastorm BPM will increase accountability, enhance employee efficiency and accuracy, enable information tracking, and allow for more advanced audits.
