Included Libraries and Procedures

These files are provided to augment the relevant courses, and are available for your own internal use.

arrow Common Library - Includes generic History, Notes, Status and Designer Log forms. These last can be extremely useful for diagnostic purposes.

arrow Admin Tools Procedure - Provides a set of basic Administration tools in one package. These include: Designer Log viewer, update server settings, Update Groups (very handy), Various historical reports on Folder Activity, Cleanup old sessions, alerts and 'ghost' Folders, SQL execution, Delivery of files to a remote server, Query Folder, Adding new flag entries for existing Folders.

arrow User Details Procedure - This allows maintenance of users in the Metastorm database. It additionally allows the setting of Attributes, in many different ways, the random generation of passwords and a password time-out.

arrow Development Procedure - This is a comprehensive development control procedure. It includes Releases, Products, Components and Builds. Faults and Requests may be logged against any Component, and solutions may be estimated. This enables full control of the development of complete systems to be delivered to customers, along with customer logging of Faults and Requests.

arrow Procedure Update Procedure - This allows you to define SQL statements to be executed automatically whenever a Procedure is published. You can add any enhancements or additions not available in the Designer.

arrow FreeFlow .NET toolkit for Metastorm BPM - A set of .NET class libraries built to simplify integration between ASP.NET and Metastorm BPM.

arrow Grid to HTML Library - This creates a HTML table from a grid. There are several types: Plain, Collapsible tree, Folder, Folder tree, To Excel, To Clipboard, and a Custom segment to set your own options.

arrow Email Query Report Procedure - This allows the results of a grid to be emailed as an HTML file attachment to selected users and addresses at defined intervals. This is managed very easily just by adding a Map Segment to your Map and passing the Folder to it on the Deadline.

arrow Procedure Documentation Procedure - This Metastorm BPM Procedure fully documents any Metastorm BPM Procedure or Library file. The Map image may be included, and the Variables, Stages, Actions, Forms, Fields, Roles, Flags and any extra Table definitions are all listed in collapsible tables. Particularly useful features are a matrix of To do and Watch lists and Action rights for each Map, and lists of all Actions triggering or triggered by each Flag.
