Next we set our customised 'Map Markers'. These are textual or graphical markers for topics. They can also be set to 'mutually exclusive' which allows a single click to 'increment' the marker - very useful for '% complete', priority and flags.

In this case we have a set of 'status' items for 'Requirement' and 'Design' topics:

We select all the requirement topics we just imported:

and just click the 'to do' marker in the Requirements group:
